Norse Atlantic Airways AS is a Norwegian airline that offers affordable fares on long-haul flights, primarily between Europe and the United States. With the majority of employees working in the frontline, Norse had a need to ensure that their employees could access business data from their mobile devices in a secure way, and that all mobile devices and applications are efficiently deployed and optimally managed at all times. Moreover, Norse needed a system that supported their IT strategy to become ‘passwordless‘ – also on tablets.

"Norse has benefited from Techstep´s extensive experience with other customers, as they are able to provide quick and well-supported answers to our questions. Whenever an immediate solution is not available, Techstep responds promptly by conducting testing and providing us with viable options for how to proceed," says Cal-Joan Gunnar Taavola, Head of Technical IT at Norse Atlantic Airways.

With SmartControl, Norse will be able to save time, increase efficiency, and reduce costs on logistics with automated processes and workflows. The solution was deployed end of January, 2023.

We are very pleased to see the continued trust in us as a key partner and provider of smarter mobile technology,” says Techstep CEO Børge Astrup.
